Overview
Subscriber lists in Bundlebird allow you to segment your school community so you can send newsletters to targeted groups (e.g. Early Childhood, Middle School, Sports Program families). This is especially useful when managing multiple publications or sending editions only relevant to certain groups.
Creating a New List
- Open Manage School
- From your Dashboard, click on Manage School.
- Navigate to Lists
- In the Manage School panel, find the section labeled Lists.
- You’ll see any existing subscriber lists your school has created.
- Create a New List
- Click New List.
- Enter a title for the list.
- Examples: Early Childhood, Year 5/6 Parents, Sports Program.
- Click Create List.
Your new list is now saved and available whenever you're managing or importing subscribers.
Using the List When Adding/Managing Subscribers
Once your list is created:
- When adding a new subscriber manually, you can select the list from the List dropdown.
- When editing an existing subscriber, you can add/remove lists they belong to.
- When importing subscribers, you can assign the entire batch to the list during import.
You can create and use as many lists as you need to match your school's communication structure.
Tips
- Use clear, audience-based list names to avoid confusion.
