- Click the menu icon next to your topics list.
- Drag and drop topics to rearrange them.
- Click Done to save your changes.
The order of topics in the sidebar also sets the default order for sections in newsletters.
Example: If your sidebar lists topics in this order – From the Principal → Reminders → Announcements → Events – newsletters will follow that same order by default. You can still adjust the order in individual newsletters if needed.
