Overview
Sometimes you may need to update a subscriber’s details — such as changing their subscription status or updating which list(s) they belong to. This guide walks you through how to find and edit a subscriber’s information in Bundlebird.
1. Open the Subscribers Panel
- From the Dashboard, click on Subscribers in the left-hand menu.
- You’ll see a full list of current subscribers, including:
- Email address
- Name
- Date subscribed
- Status (Subscribed or Unsubscribed)
You can use the search bar to quickly find a specific subscriber by name or email.
2. Edit Subscriber Details
- Locate the subscriber you wish to edit.
- Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) next to their name.
- Select Edit.
You’ll now see the edit screen where you can:
- Update Subscription Status
- Switch between Subscribed and Unsubscribed.
- Useful if a parent or caregiver contacts your school asking to stop receiving emails.
- Modify Assigned Lists
- Add or remove the subscriber from one or more subscriber lists.
- For example, if a student moves from Year 5 to Year 6, you can update the relevant list.
3. Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made the necessary updates:
- Click Save Changes.
- Your updates will take effect immediately.
Tips
- Unsubscribed users remain in your subscriber list but will no longer receive emails.
- If a subscriber is on the wrong list, you can reassign them at any time.
- Use the search feature to quickly locate and manage individual subscribers.
