Edit a post

1. Open the Post Menu
• Click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) menu icon on the post you want to edit.

2. Select Edit Post
• Click Edit Post to open the post editor.

3. Make Your Changes
• Update the title, content, images, or any other details as needed.

4. Save Your Changes
• Click Update Post to save and publish your changes.

Who can Edit Posts?

• Contributor – Can only edit posts they created.

• Editor or higher (e.g., Admin) – Can edit any post, including posts created by other team members.

Deleting a Post

1. Open the Post Menu
• Click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) menu icon.

2. Select Delete Post
• Confirm deletion when prompted.
• Once deleted, the post is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
